Balancing Yin & Yang: Strength, Stillness and Flow
- with Mollie
This two-hour workshop explores the balance of yin and yang yoga, combining steady, guided flow with longer-held postures for deep relaxation.
You’ll move through accessible vinyasa-style sequences to build warmth, strength, and confidence, before transitioning into yin postures that encourage stillness, release, and a turning inwards. The pace is supportive rather than fast, with time to move safely and at your own rhythm.
Suitable for those who enjoy moving in a stronger way and want to explore balance between effort and ease. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Cost - £30
This workshop is for anyone interested in understanding their body more deeply and supporting the health of the deep muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor.
During the session, you’ll learn what these muscles look like, where they are located, and how to care for them using simple yet effective exercises. The approach is gentle, informative, and practical, with time to explore how the movements feel in your own body.
The session includes a mix of clear explanation, visual illustrations, and guided practice. You’ll go home with a short sequence to support regular practice, along with follow-up videos to help you continue at home.
Cost - £35

Slow Flow & Sound for Deep Rest
- with Sally and Cat
This gentle and supportive two-hour workshop is designed to help you feel more confident and at ease in yoga and meditation spaces, particularly if you live with trauma, anxiety, or neurodivergence.
We’ll explore simple self-care planning for before, during, and after classes, alongside an accessible introduction to polyvagal theory and practical vagal toning techniques. The session also focuses on normalising extra needs and building confidence in self-advocacy, so you can engage with practices in a way that feels safer and more supportive.
Led by an accredited trauma-informed yoga teacher specialising in trauma recovery and mental wellness, this workshop offers reassurance, practical tools, and space to explore yoga and meditation on your own terms.
Cost - £30
