Our Teachers

All our teachers are fully qualified and insured to teach the classes they lead. You are in safe, knowledgeable hands.

Our Approach

We believe in problem-solving together. If something about our process doesn’t work for you, whether it’s booking, accessibility, or anything else, please let us know. We will always look to see how we can make reasonable adaptations so that your experience feels supportive and accessible.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation window: You may cancel up to 12 hours before class start time and your credit will automatically be refunded to your account.

• Late cancellations: Unfortunately, refunds are not given for sessions cancelled within 12 hours of the class start.

• If we cancel: Should a teacher need to cancel, your credit will be refunded to your account, and you’ll be notified via email as soon as possible.

Booking Windows

• Online bookings close 1 hour before class start.

• If you’d like to join last minute, you’re welcome to text Cat on 07840 147463 to check availability.

Equipment

• A full equipment list will be provided in your welcome email.

• Classes held at Hillsborough Pavilion have access to mats, blankets, blocks and a few bolsters.

• Please check your booking carefully when attending a new class or workshop as the equipment requirements may be different.
