Meet our team

What first drew you to yoga?

I first practised the physical, asana part of yoga sporadically as a part of my active lifestyle. However, I was on an exchange program volunteering in India at an Ashram when I was exposed to yoga as more than just a physical practise. This led me to enjoy practising the other limbs regularly as a balance to a very stressful and difficult job.

How would you describe your teaching style?

I keep my classes fun and relaxed, with plenty of focus and guidance. Every session is a little bespoke, shaped around who’s in the room and what you need that day. I pay close attention to alignment and mobility, and I weave in anatomical know-how, so the movements make sense for your body. The aim is to help you feel good, move with more ease, and enjoy the process along the way.

What can I expect in one of your classes?

A chance to feel challenged, as well as relaxed. Opportunity to explore movement in ways that might not necessarily look like a typical yoga class. And finally, the time to get to know yourself and your needs each time you arrive.

How do you hope students feel after your class?

Strong, relaxed, aware, and happy.

What first drew you to yoga?

My Nana. When I was a child, as a yoga teacher she would teach me little bits of yoga on her kitchen floor. At 18 feeling a bit lost she gently pointed me in the direction of a class in Dronfield. From my first class I never looked back I was in love!

How would you describe your teaching style?

Steady, supportive, inclusive and nurturing. I teach with a very open heart ❤️

What can I expect in one of your classes?

Usually a themed class with thoughtful and gentle asana. Pranayama (breathing practices) and relaxation take a big seat in my classes. Lots of modifications and variations to suit all. Yoga philosophy underpins my teaching.

How do you hope students feel after your class?

Relaxed. More in balance and connected to themselves. Steady and at ease.

What first drew you to yoga?
I first came to yoga about 10 years ago, during a time when I was struggling with anxiety after graduating from university. Working in financial services left me stressed and on edge most days. I’d heard that yoga could help with relaxation, so I nervously booked myself into a local class after some late-night Googling!
I found a moment of stillness in my constant mental chatter during that very first class. Since then, my practice has continued to grow.
Yoga continues to surprise me with the many ways it supports my nervous system, helps me to find balance and self-acceptance. Off the mat, it has also given me self-belief, and the reminder that I can do hard things!

How would you describe your teaching style?

Welcoming and warm. My aim is to create a supportive space where everyone feels comfortable to explore their practice.

What can I expect in one of your classes?
Moving and breathing! I think it really can be that simple.
We’ll usually begin with grounding and breath awareness before moving into a flowing sequence of postures. I’ll guide you to move safely and mindfully, but nothing is ever too serious. You’re invited to come exactly as you are, that is always enough!

How do you hope students feel after your class?
I’d love for students to leave class feeling a bit more at ease, whether that is lighter or more connected to themselves, but there is no right or wrong way that you should feel after class!

What first drew you to yoga admin support?

I first found my way into supporting yoga teachers and studios through Cat herself. From the moment we met, I was drawn to her passion for making yoga truly inclusive, even for those of us with wonderfully busy, squirrely brains. Something just clicked. I realised that if I could take away the admin noise in the background, teachers like Cat could do what they do best: hold space, teach beautifully, and genuinely change lives

How would you describe your support style?

My approach is simple: calm, organised, and quietly effective. I’m the one smoothing out the chaos in the background so you can breathe again. I love creating systems that work, tidying up the bits that feel overwhelming, and keeping everything moving without fuss. My support is steady, practical, and always grounded in making life easier for the people I work with.

What can I expect if I work with you?

When you work with us, you get a partner, someone who communicates clearly, spots the small things before they become big things, and helps keep the whole behind-the-scenes machine running smoothly. Whether it’s bookings, workflows, systems, or accountability, I’m here to make things lighter and far less stressful. My support changes with each person so they’re free to stay in their natural rhythm rather than squeezing themselves into someone else’s.

How do you hope your client’s feel when working with you?

My hope is always that teachers walk away feeling lighter, more in control, and able to breathe again. Supported, grounded, and free to enjoy the work they love without carrying the admin weight alone.
